Scout Citizen Required

The Boy Scouts of the Philippines introduced the revised Boy Scout Section Advancement Scheme in 2019 with the new Scout Citizen Advancement Passport. The Pre-Passport Boy Scout Section Advancement Scheme will still be found under the Eagle Required Merit Badges under Pre-Passport.
